As mentioned in the About section, Maryam believes her life purpose is to be a writer. Everything she writes carries the vibration of Sekhem energy with it, only accessible to those open to it. Reading her novels with intention, can and will open gateways of healing and transformation, depending on the openness of the receptor.
As with all story-telling since ancient times, her characters are all different versions of the same: archetypes to reject, embrace or enhance within the self.
Every word is crafted to carry and unlock wisdom in both her and the reader’s consciousness, helping it heal, balance and expand.
None of the ideas, big or small, are decided by the writer. She’s a 100% pantser who opens herself up to receive inspiration from the muse, in a spiritual process called “channeling.” The results are fortified, since her consciousness is skilled in delivery, due to her academic background in both fine arts and teaching writing. Maryam is able to combine the magic and wisdom of her work in page-turning readings that are just as entertaining as they are wise.
Maryam’s writings are inspired by her biggest love, Egypt and, specifically, its ancient capital, Thebes, nowadays called Luxor. She believes this is her main, if not sole, muse.
